moving

digitally and physically.

when i was in manchester, i used tumblr instead of a blogspot.

i found that i prefer the sleekness and versatility of the tumblr.

so, i'm moving to ghaun.tumblr.com

this blogspot will still exist, though,

because it has been a good time.

Forgiveness Research

-People who forgive tend to be happier and healthier than those who don't.
"Forgiving (Campaign for Forgiveness Research)". 2006. Retrieved 02/05/13.

-Forgiveness can improve cardiovascular and nervous system functioning.
Van Oyen, C. Witvilet, T.E. Ludwig and K. L. Vander Lann, "Granting Forgiveness or Harboring Grudges: Implications for Emotions, Physiology and Health," Psychological Science no. 12 (2001):117-23

-Less-forgiving people are more likely to report health problems.
S. Sarinopoulos, "Forgiveness and Physical Health: A Doctoral Dissertation Summary," World of Forgiveness no. 2 (2000): 16-18

-Forgiveness reduces stress, the physical manifestations thereof, and increases vitality.
Fred Luskin, Ph.D. Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness (Harper, 2002)
